Daily Vitamins and Supplements

If you eat right, you should get all the vitamins and minerals you need. But, most of us don't eat right. Yes, it's true. Even ultrarunners (some) have diets that leave a lot to be desired. I try to listen to my body. If I crave chocalate, I have chocolate. If I crave green vegetables, I have green vegetables. These are the daily vitamins and minerals I take:

  • Vitamin B complex
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin E
  • Minerals
  • Omegasource (essential fatty acids)
  • Race Caps and Enduro Caps
  • Biotin
  • Tissue Rejuvenator (glucosamine)
  • Shark Cartiledge

Fast recovery from ultras is important for training, especially if you are using races as training runs. The recovery pack includes:
